MikaylaKitchen.com guarantees Mikayla's ensemble, jewelry, and other accessories. Production may vary from all the photos shown in the Store. MikaylaKitchen.com reserves the right to modify the fashion/fabric, hair style, jewelries, and accessories. Mikayla's ensemble collections for each occasion are limited to the maximum of ONLY TEN (10) WORLDWIDE. Each ensemble has been hand-beaded and embroidered using the finest glass beads, crystals, freshwater pearls onto hand-woven fabrics, satin, and taffeta. Every piece of jewelry is hand-crafted with precious stones, cultured freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, and the finest glass beads. Since all the ensemble and jewelry are hand-crafted, each item is unique with each other, despite efforts to duplicate. The same craftsmanship is likewise used on our jewelry collection for the living doll. The nature of how each piece is made guarantees its originality and uniqueness. Therefore, MikaylaKitchen.com does not have a Return Policy on Mikayla’s ensemble, her jewelry, and accessories; and jewelries. However, MikaylaKitchen.com will send a replacement for the damaged Porcelain Doll (only the doll). Steps to be undertaken are:
 Q. What is your Shipping Procedure? A. Three methods are available for domestic orders. All shipping charges are based on shipping to contiguous 48 U.S. states. Any other shipping arrangements are not included in the prices below. Additional fees apply for overseas shipments.
Q. What is Standard Shipping? A. Each item ordered will be charged shipping. The standard shipping will displayed at your checkout process. With standard shipping, you should receive the item/s ordered within six to eight weeks according to availability, unless otherwise stated on the specific item detail page. Other shipping methods may be available at an extra charge. Q: What is Express Shipping? A: The cost for Express Shipping delivery is an additional US $4.95 per item shipped. If we receive your Express Shipping order before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time, your order will be shipped within one business day via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, and you should receive it within 6 business days. If we receive your order after 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time, or on weekends or holidays, please allow an extra day for processing. Express Shipping is not available for shipments outside the U.S. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Q: What is 2-Day Shipping? A: Need your collectible within 48 hours? When "Available for Express Shipping" appears next to the price on the item detail page, you can upgrade your shipping option to 2-Day Shipping at checkout. If we receive your 2-Day Shipping order/s before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time, you can expect to receive it within two business days from the day you order. If we receive your order after 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time, or on weekends or holidays, your order will be processed on the NEXT business day and ship the following day, Monday through Friday. The cost for 2-Day Shipping is an additional US $19.95 per item shipped. Two-day shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the U.S. Q: What is your International Orders Shipment Procedure? A. International orders will be charged an additional shipping and service charge per item - $20.00 per item for orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Shipping times will vary based on the delivery location. However, other countries shipment will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. All customs duties and fees, if applicable, will be under the customer's responsibility. Q: What is an Installment Plan? When "Installment Option” appears next to the price on the item, you can avail of the Plan. Buying Mikayla doll that is available through our Installment Plan is the affordable way to shop because it spreads the cost over a three or two month period. Your installments will be directly charged month, directly to the credit card you authorized at checkout. We ship the item ordered after payment of the second installment.
All items on the Installment Plan are final sales.
Q: How do I track my orders? A. Once you have completed submitting your orders, you will be given a receipt number. This number will be used to reference your order. Take note of the receipt number as you will be asked for it when inquiring about the status of your order. Q: Are Internet Sales taxable? A. Sales tax is applied to Nevada shipments at 7.5%, and California shipments at 7.75%. Please note that sales tax is the statewide based rate. |
